• diving and powerful diving - a steep descent with the nose down. A "Terminal Velocity Dive" is the steepest dive in which the aeroplane accelerates until its drag becomes equal to the thrust of gravity pulling it downwards so that the speed remains constant
• tailslide - an aerobatics maneuver in which a plane climbs straight up, then tips 180 degrees, either forward or backward, so it is diving straight down
• roll - measure of the location an aircraft's wings relative to level flight. A rolling aircraft would become inverted, then upright without changing its direction of flight
• immelman - the figure starts with a half loop to inverted flight. A half roll then results in horizontal upright flight
• split-S - the figure starts with a half roll to inverted followed by the second half of a loop downward
• loop - вasic aircraft maneuver that calls for pitching the aircraft up or down and completing a vertical circle in the sky, maintaining a constant radius and returning to the starting point. Partial loops complete only a portion, usually a quarter, or a half, of a circle
• Pugachev's cobra - а maneuver where the nose of the aircraft is brought up past the vertical, then rapidly thrust back down to a level position, like a striking cobra
• Kvochur's bell - the aircraft propels forward almost vertically while simultaneously breaking and following the movement of its tail

If you would like to include in the Program of flight in a Russian military aircraft MiG-29 "Fulcrum" the execution of such aerobatics exercises as: the Pugachev's cobra, the Kvochur's bell, then please let us know about this 20 days before your arrival in Russia.

The order of exercises on aerobatics is defined by your test pilot, but you can suggest your “preferences” with the order of performing of the aerobatics. If the pilot agrees, your suggestions will be put into execution.

MiG-29 "Fulcrum": Program Flight

In the pre-flight briefing before the flight in the Russian military aircraft MiG-29 "Fulcrum", besides the rules of usage of the means of communication during the flight, together with the test pilot you will define the set and order of the complex aerobatics which will be executed during the aerobatics training. Don't worry, your pilot knows English perfectly; so you will have no problems in communication with him either on land or in the air.

You certainly can discuss the possibility of the execution of other aerobatics besides the suggested exercises. If you don't have any medical opposition to these exercises, they will be included in your Program of the flight in the fighter jet MiG-29 "Fulcrum".

If your flight in the MiG-29 "Fulcrum" is aimed at execution of extra exercises in aerobatics, we would ask you to let us know the list of these exercises before your arrival in Russia. This is why every flight Program and every flight are individual.

If you wish, the pilot can allow you to fly and control the supersonic fighter jet MiG-29 "Fulcrum" when executing the aerobatics. Everything depends on your health condition and experience in piloting civil or military aircrafts. You have to discuss all this with your pilot at the pre-flight briefing as well.
